Grapple Flow is an interactive grappling reference and training journal for iPhone and iPad. It maps every position in BJJ, Catch Wrestling, Judo, Wrestling, and Sambo on a single connected graph — so you can tap a position and see every attack, escape, and transition that flows out of it.
On top of the map, you get pre-built chains, a custom chain builder, a training journal with rounds tracking, and belt/promotion tracking.
New monthly subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You'll need to confirm the subscription with your Apple ID, but no charge is made until day 7. Cancel anytime during the trial in your Apple ID settings and you won't be billed.
If you stay subscribed, the founder price of $2.99/month begins on day 8 and renews monthly until you cancel.
The first 1,000 monthly subscribers get $2.99/month locked in for the life of the subscription. As long as you stay subscribed without a lapse, your price will not go up — even when standard pricing changes for new subscribers.
If your subscription lapses (canceled, payment failure, account deletion) and you later resubscribe, the prevailing monthly price at that time applies. You're a founder if your first paid month begins while we're still under 1,000 active monthly subscribers.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not inside the app. To cancel:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
All payments are processed by Apple, so refund requests must go through them:
We can't process refunds directly on Apple's behalf, but if you let us know what went wrong we can often help solve the underlying issue. Email support@grappleflow.net.
You can delete your account directly from inside the app:
This permanently removes your profile, journal entries, custom chains, and training history. Active subscriptions must be canceled separately through your Apple ID settings — Apple does not let apps cancel subscriptions on the user's behalf.
If you can't access the app, email support@grappleflow.net from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion within 30 days.
On the new device, install Grapple Flow, sign in with the same account, then go to Me → Upgrade → Restore Purchases. Your subscription or lifetime entitlement will reattach within a few seconds.
Apple ID purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so use the same Apple ID across devices.
Try these in order — most issues clear up at the first or second step:
Still stuck? Email support@grappleflow.net with: your iOS version, the app build number (Me → About), what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. Screenshots help.
Standup is the takedown / throwing / wrestling-entries graph. We label it BETA because it has a smaller catalog of techniques than the ground graph and we're still adding chains and video coverage. It's fully usable — just not yet as deep as the ground side.
Toggle it on from the side drawer (☰) under View.
Possibly later, but not at launch. We're starting on iOS and want the experience to feel right on one platform before splitting attention. If Android support matters to you, drop us a line — we read every email.
Yes please. Email support@grappleflow.net with the position name, the style you train, and (if relevant) a video link or rough description of where it fits in the graph. We add new entries weekly — your suggestion might land in the next update.
We read every email and try to reply within one business day.
